Snoopy – My body knows how old I am my mind refuses to believe it shirt. Y’all pray for me. I don’t usually ask for prayers but I need them as I will be starting back on my exercises. I had to stop them during the summer because my body couldn’t handle the extra stuff I was putting it through. I did start them after the summer ended but had to stop, although I was easing back into them my body was protesting. My spasms became stronger and my pains became so much worse that my body was literally shutting down.
