I wanted to talk to the Getting through nursing school one meltdown at a time shirt. I worry his meds aren’t the right ones as he is changing. He has the biggest, sweetest heart ever but the meltdowns or whatever they are called are absolutely horrible! The hormones in adolescents can make some on the spectrum really difficult to care for as the meltdowns can become violent and they get bigger than you. I had to have a Getting through nursing school one meltdown at a time shirt a week with my older son when he hurt his sister In a meltdown, then once week, then every other, then once a month for couple months just to check in. He eventually got where he could control them so much better.
